The cooking classes at teatro 7 offer culture, conviviality and creativity. We tackle a variety of original recipes thus allowing participants to enjoy cooking and then tasting Italian cuisine, or culinary culture as it has been called, with its sophisticated and genuine ingredients.

In fact, the extraordinary richness of Italian cuisine is due to the variety of traditional recipes, which are reinterpreted, with flair and professionalism, by chefs Rico Guarnieri and Francesco Spanò. Every Tuesday, Rico and Francesco offer alternatively cooking classes during which they will share their passion and knowledge with their "guests" as if they were in their own home. The recipes for each lesson are chosen depending on which ingredients are in season. 10-12 people, divided in groups of 2, attend each lesson and learn how to make 4 topic recipes. Each group is provided with all the necessary ingredients in order to be able to create even an elaborate dish from "scratch". You will learn how to shop for the ingredients, how to learn about their background and whether they are fresh, how to use the utensils and how to handle the food, in other words you will cook for real, from A to Z! Classes end with a dinner during which the food is discussed, tricks and tips are shared, and the right wine for each dish chosen.

Time: from 8 p.m. to around 11 p.m. The classes end with a dinner during which people talk about what they have learned and discover new tips and tricks, such as how to find the right wine for a specific meal.
